Kindle, an electronic book reader (Ebook reader) which can act as an interface to read the ebooks from, easily. The latest version Kindle 2 has been made available in the UK now.
But the sales of this ebook reader is not much promising the UK. The customers in the UK actually are not getting the Kindle designed for the region as it is still half-way through. Also the Kindle 2 can be ordered through the US website. Thus the UK customers when buying from this website get the kindle2 avoiding the VAT added in the UK.
For downloading the content, the kindle2 is provided by two types of connectivity. Through USB and a wireless connection using 3G. As the outdoors in the UK supports 3G and the indoors do not, the content download becomes difficult. Either the content has to be downloaded and transferred through USB cable or the Kindle2 has to be taken out of the room to get 3G in UK.
