The New 5th gerneration iPod Nano has been launched and is fantastic. The iPod Nano comes in 8GB and 16GB capacities. The new iPod Nano has a bigger screen than the older one. The new nano features a 2.2-inch screen from the 2-inch screen it had before.
Has a more scratch resistant coating on the screen. The display has a resolution of 240x376 pixels. The headphone jack has been shifted to the other side than in the previous versions. Also the ipod Nano incorporates a tiny camera which can capture video only. The video captured will be as H264 VGA video @ 640x480 pixel and 30 fps (frames per second) with AAC audio.
FM tuner with RDS capability makes the Nano more interesting. The Nano can buffer the broadcast upto 15 minutes and therefore can rewind, faast forward or pause during listening to a live channel.
The Genius Mixes selects songs that are similar to the one chosen and enters to the playlist. Other features are pedometer which can track your steps and thus makes iPod Nano a integral part of the fitness regime.
