Volkswagen is launching its midsized sedan the Vento in Indian market by Dec. The Vento will compete with other cars in the same segment as the indigo, aveo, verna etc.
The new Vento from Volkswagen comes with both in 1.6-litre petrol and diesel variants. The petrol model sedan will be available at the price Rs. 6.99 lakh onwards, while the cost for the diesel variant is set at Rs. 7.99 lakh.
While, the gasoline engine version of the Vento will have both manual and automatic transmission, the diesel engine model will only have manual transmission.
