Alienware again beats hard on the gaming section. Yeah its a truly mind blowing performance machine they've released this time. Its the Alienware Area-51 ALX Desktop. This machine is great and worth bragging about both its looks and performance.The Alienware Area-51 ALX features pre-overclocked Intel Core i7 975 Extreme processors giving the fastest processing speeds for gaming. The overclocking has been done by the gaming experts of alienware itself so you do not have to worry on the risks or even the case of burning out chips in your PC by overclocking. These Processors give about 3.86Ghz. Along this we also have the 12GB DDR3 RAM and also dual graphic cards.
Alienware offers high-end performance graphic cards from both ATI and Nvidia. The machine's got a hell lot of storage space too and can support up to 6 SATA Hard Disks in its luxurious case.
Yeah the interesting part comes on the cooling options of the casing. The Alienware Area-51 ALX Desktops are liquid cooled and is the most silent and most efficient cooling system the dual GPUs(Graphic Cards) and the powerfull processors can get.
Next to mention is the fully customizable lighting effects of the casing. This is also called 'Alien FX' by the company. They provide software along with the machine to control the spectrum of available colours of lighting and to control the temperature settings of the PC. Alienware Area-51 ALX has also got racing fins (looks more like air brake fins) like design on its tower top for better ventilation and cooling effects.
Overall the machine something awesome and really a great offering from the Dell Computers. Also note that the lightings are available even without power being plugged-in, using rechargeable batteries in the PC. The High-end games and all those heavy graphics processing are going to be a 'piece of cake' for this monster we have here... :-)
