Boasting of an internal memory of 8GB and a microSD slot to expand it, this handset supports various connectivity features likes GPS, Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0, Wi-Fi and HSDPA. The handset also offers support for social networking sites like MySpace, Facebook and Flickr.

This software update will also be made available with other Omnia handsets like the Omnia II B7610, the Omnia II B7320, the Omnia Pro B7330, the Omnia i8000 and more. Although Samsung has announced that the update will be made available free of cost, it has refrained from commenting on the release date.
