HTC Hero has a new update of OS (firmware) available. HTC Hero has been suffering from slow speed and reported some bugs in the earlier firmware. Since the bugs were reported HTC has been working on the new OS.
HTC Hero besides being an amazing phone but was dragging in speed at some point. The Sense UI fearture was too slack at times. These flaws put HTC's Hero below apple's iPhone. But with the new update of firmware, evrything seems to change. Its most interesting feature - other than improving the phone's performance - is that it allows the user to focus on a particular part of a photo simply by touching the screen.
But for UK, HTC has not yet published a date for making the upgraded version available.
